Leithal Designs was approached through word of mouth to create a home that is both beautiful and functional. The home needed to accommodate the needs of the family, while also providing a comfortable and homely space.
This spacious home was designed to meets the needs of a growing family now and in the future. The well-designed layout allows the family to create distinct spaces for entertaining and privacy, while also providing additional spaces that can be transformed as children grow up.
Leithal Designs included home design features that help to keep the interior areas cool during the summer months. Tinted windows help to reduce the amount of heat that enters the home, while insulation and wide entryways and windows help to improve airflow.
Functional features such as spacious walk-in pantry, well-appointed and expansive kitchen, a large linen closet, handy laundry storage and cabinetry adds in the day-to-day liveability of this design, while bespoke joinery throughout the walk-in-robes creates a luxurious feel.
The open plan dining and family rooms flow seamlessly between indoor and outdoor spaces, making day to day living a breeze. The well-designed layout allows for both entertainment and privacy with additional spaces including a separate lounge, and a multipurpose media room that could be transformed as the children grow up.
The result was a comfortable, homely, and luxurious home that considered the needs of each family member now and anticipated the needs in the future. Ultimately, Leithal Designs was successful in creating a space that meets the functional needs of the family while also providing a beautiful backdrop.
