Riva Offices Robina was conceived as an empowering coworking destination – a space where professionals, teams, and businesses share an environment that is both flexible and quietly luxurious.
We began with deep discovery, mapping user journeys across different member types: solo professionals, small teams, training groups, podcast creators, and larger project teams. This informed a layout that layers:
- Private offices, lounges, and modular event spaces.
- Meeting rooms, podcast suites, and huddle zones.
- Collaboration areas and quiet focus nooks.
A palette of soft greys, warm timber, and gentle earth tones keeps the space grounded and calm – avoiding visual noise in favour of subtle, enduring detailing. Acoustic treatments, lighting strategy, and zoning work together to support focus where needed, and connection where it drives value.
