Project Details

Café Two 14 explores how a commercial café may carry an emotional narrative without overwhelming guests. Rather than overt themeing, we pursued a quiet strength through:

  • Sculpted details and tactile materials that invite touch rather than compete for attention.

  • Spatial sequencing for different visit types – quick coffee, longer lunch, reflective pause.

  • Discreet narrative elements that honour ANZAC heritage in a dignified way.

  • Intelligent joinery, concealed storage and back-of-house design that comply with AS4674 while preserving the calm front-of-house aesthetic.

The result is a compact but complete hospitality environment where story, function and revenue objectives align.
