Infinity Group Australia is a financial services company specialising in debt reduction, wealth creation, and retirement planning, helping clients achieve financial security through personalised strategies and ongoing support.
Leithal Designs partnered with Capra project managers to undertake a refurbishment of the Head quarters of Infinity Group Australia that would balance the need for expansion with the functional needs of employees whilst reflecting the client’s brand.
The core objectives for the client were nothing short of ambitious: to expand their workspace and support the demands of a rapidly growing business. The design was meticulously crafted to accommodate 109 workstations, 17 offices—including two prestigious executive suites—while seamlessly integrating quiet spaces for focused work, a cutting-edge boardroom, and an array of meeting rooms to foster seamless collaboration. Every aspect was thoughtfully considered, from the fully equipped utilities and amenities to the inviting breakout zones. A central workspace zone was conceived as the beating heart of the space, designed to promote creativity and connection. The entire environment radiated a perfect balance of functionality, elegance, and sophistication at every turn.
The areas needed to blend with spaces, whilst uplifting the overall feel of the spaces. Principal and Director of Leithal Designs, Sonia Leith, was tasked with creating a warm and inviting environment for productive work whilst making the most of the available space.
Spaces were crafted to welcome innovation, collaboration, and creativity in thoughtfully designed spaces though strategic placement of clever aesthetic lighting, blending of flooring styles and designing the spaces to flow seamlessly from reception through to the central open plan workspaces.
The reception area was upgraded to create a welcoming waiting area with modern joinery, warm lighting, comfortable seating, and touches of greenery adding a final uplift to a visitor’s first impression.

Leithal Designs collaborated with Capra and Aston Consulting to deliver a high-end, multi-level office fitout for Infinity Group Australia’s new headquarters in Southport. Spanning 1,490m² across four levels, the space was designed to enhance workflow efficiency, provide a sophisticated client-facing environment, and cater to the company’s growth strategy.
