Leithal Designs aimed to evaluate the feasibility of establishing a hotel in Caboolture. The objective was to provide a comprehensive feasibility analysis addressing financial, operational, and market viability for the proposed hotel project.
Leithal Designs developed visionary design to illustrate the hotel’s potential. These concepts outlined a strategic layout, incorporating retail spaces, cafes and an energetic sports bar on the ground floor, envisioning a vibrant atmosphere to cater to diverse guest preferences.
The design included 81 hotel rooms on levels 1 to 4 as well proposed guest services, including a pool area, gaming zone, fully equipped gym, and a sauna. The design also included conference and hire rooms creating inviting areas that encouraged social interaction and relaxation. The total area is 8807m2.
