Ipswich Community Dental Clinic
The Ipswich Community Dental Clinic project exemplifies our commitment to designing functional, hygienic, and patient-centered dental facility.
Ipswich Community Dental Clinic is a well-established dental practice serving the Ipswich community for over 20 years. Due to consistent growth in patient numbers and an expanding team of dental professionals, the clinic recognised the need for a new dental surgery to meet the increasing demand for their services.
The objective of this project was to design and create a new dental surgery within the existing clinic premises to accommodate their growing demand. The new surgery needed to adhere to strict requirements for room layout, storage, hygiene, and accessibility.
Leithals scope of work started by conducting a comprehensive space analysis to determine the optimal layout for the new dental surgery. This involved considering factors such as workflow efficiency, patient comfort, and accessibility. We utilised custom-designed cabinetry and storage solutions to keep essential dental equipment and supplies organised and easily accessible. Hygiene was a top priority we specified materials and finishes that are easy to clean and sanitize to maintain a sterile environment. All equipment needed to be considered and collaborated into our design including the dental chairs, X-ray machine, and specialised lighting requirements to name just a few.
