Pullenvale, Qld
Leithal Designs had the privilege of undertaking a prestigious project in Pullenvale, Queensland, where we were tasked with designing and building a high-end home for a discerning family. With a focus on comfort, modernity, and luxurious amenities, our objective was to create a remarkable home that would exceed our client’s expectations.
The design brief for this project was centred around crafting a comfortable and contemporary space that exuded opulence and sophistication. Our client’s vision encompassed a discerning and prestigious home with a range of luxurious amenities, including a wine cellar, theatre room, gym, sauna, pool, and a captivating entry water feature. No expense was spared in creating an environment that epitomized modern elegance, ensuring the utmost in luxury and comfort for the homeowners.
To surpass our client’s expectations, we meticulously crafted a comprehensive building design package for an expansive and modern home. This package encompassed a wide range of detailed plans, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and intricate details. Additionally, we provided 3D renders to offer our clients a clear and vivid understanding of their future home. By equipping the construction team with these comprehensive plans, we ensured an accurate and efficient execution of the design.
Our clients were highly motivated and possessed a clear vision of their desired outcome. With their unwavering determination, we shared a commitment to deliver precisely what they envisioned. Throughout the design process, we fostered a collaborative relationship, valuing their input and understanding their specific requirements.
The site posed unique design challenges that necessitated specific methodologies. These encompassed the implementation of a self-sufficient sewage procurement system and HSTP irrigation. Additionally, due to the site’s location along a waterway corridor, an embankment batter and rubble bit were necessary to address the land’s topography. Compliance with bush fire zone regulations and the incorporation of tree protection measures were also integral parts of the design process.
By incorporating these design methodologies, we were able to address site-specific challenges, adhere to regulations, and create a harmonious and sustainable home within its natural context.
