Ranbury Head Office Conceptual Work
Ranbury Management Group approached Leithal Designs to create a concept for a refurbishment of their head office to reflect the growth and 25-year history of their company.
The client understood that the workspace plays an important role in employee satisfaction and productivity, but it also helps to create an impression with clients and customers.
Following the project scoping, where the client briefed Leithal Designs on the goals, vision and budget of the project, A full site inspection was conducted to be able to produce a concept design of the multi-level office space, which noted both high traffic areas and areas of noise – for example near adjoining lift bays and air-conditioning.
In the presented concept design, the entryway wall facing the entry was given a lift with soft lighting. A feature wall formed the centrepiece of the entryway, showcasing the backlit logo against a curved background with steel and bronze highlights, complemented with stone flooring to pay homage to the client’s 25-year history delivering projects across Australia’s building and transport sectors. The result was an entryway that makes a strong impression on everyone who enters.
Soft furnishings and modern lighting along with a range of styled acoustic battens were used to create a warm, comfortable, and calm space for visitors and employees alike.
The resulting concept design was both welcoming and austere, with layered fabrics and fittings that added both dimension and gravitas to the space.
